This is one of my all time favorites to make for my family. Of course it falls into my super easy but oh so good category! You can pretty much add whatever protein you want, i.e. shrimp (but keep in mind shrimp is high in cholesterol), chicken, turkey, or steak.
It’s always a huge WIN when I can come up with a recipe that even my TEENS will eat! The struggle is very real and if you have Teens too, you know what I am talking about. This is a Teen Friendly recipe! Enjoy!
organic Udon noodles – 2 bundles (depending on the size of your family)
1 cup Chicken or shrimp
1 cup zucchini, green and yellow
1 red bell pepper cut in small chunks
braggs amino acid
1/4 cup Annie’s Asian Sesame Dressing
Boil noodles as directed with a dash of garlic olive oil.
Cook each item separately in a pan with a dash of olive oil.
Drain the noodles and add them to the pan with a dash of olive oil.
Add the Annie’s dressing and then you can combine all the ingredients, mix and serve.
