Protein Pancakes

I have to confess that Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day.  I am super busy and don’t get to indulge in it enough and often just grab my health shake and run out the door.  But on the days when I can… this is one of my favorites! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

?Breakfast Anytime?

Protein Pancakes
(Serves 1)

Ingredients:

1⃣ 3 egg whites
2⃣ 1/4 cup oats grinded
3⃣ 3 Tblsp quinoa flour
4⃣ 1 scoop Shakeology or protein powder
5⃣ 1 Banana
6⃣ Blueberries to taste

Directions:
?Mix all ingredients
?Cook pancakes
?Grill Banana slices
?Grill Blueberries
?Top fruit on the pancakes

? Devour!?
